the city of heilbronn developed as part of a masterplan low priced commercial spaces for forward looking, innovative companies. the whole area was called “hip”, heilbronner innovationspark. the overall concept of the urban plan was, to orient single buildings at a medium termed demand, set them up, and rent them to young, innovative companies, partly subsidized.
performa, beiing long-time partner of the kruck und partner projektentwicklungsgesellschaft, is often recommended by them and so realises for many of the new tenants their furnishings. performa has worked with all different kinds of clients, from low budget for startups up to representative furnishings for law firms or real estate companies. the overall project is going to be pursued gradually within several years, until it’s going to be finished.
